Put you in the picture, just started my okuden in reiki and loving every minute. Been meditating a lot and, at a reiki share session on Friday night, my guide(s) actually touched my hair/face to let me know they're there. I have seen things before - lights/orbs/energy fluctuations - and had the 'spirit smell' but nothing tangible. Was a magic moment!
